1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags or seals intact. Used, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for return.
  • Proof of Purchase: You’ll need your order number or receipt to process a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially used coffee products (e.g., beans, grounds, or pods).
  • Perishable goods or items with expiration dates once opened.
  • Digital products (e.g., downloadable guides or subscription access).
  • Sale or clearance items marked as “final sale.”
  • Gift cards.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@hypecoffee.store or use our contact form within 30 days of delivery, providing your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: We’ll review your request and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if approved.
  3. Ship Back: Securely package the item with the RAN included and send it to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  4. Tracking: Use a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost returns.

4. Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days thereafter.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, excluding original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
  • Partial Refunds: May apply if items are returned in a condition that doesn’t fully meet eligibility (e.g., missing packaging).

5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund, subject to availability.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If your refund hasn’t arrived within the stated timeframe, check with your bank or payment provider, then contact us for assistance.
